We’re a fast-growing real estate investment company looking for a driven, high-energy Appointment Setter to join our team. If you’ve got the skills, the personality, and the hunger to succeed, this is your shot to earn BIG and grow with a company that’s going places.

???? Compensation:
$3/hour starting pay

$1,500 bonus for every closed deal from an appointment you set

Full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 8-hour workdays

Starting time: 9 a.m EST M-F

Long-term, stable position with opportunity to advance

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
Call hot and warm leads daily using RingCentral

Follow a simple, proven script to ask 3 key questions

Set 3–5 qualified appointments each week for our acquisitions team

Log appointments into Google Sheets

Hit daily goals: 200 outbound calls, 100 texts, and 1,000 voicemails

???? What We’re Looking For:
Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills

Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence

Experience in sales, appointment setting, or real estate is a BIG plus

Consistent, organized, and coachable

A positive attitude and strong work ethic — no exceptions
