We are looking for a Real Estate Appointment Setter & Cold Calling Specialist to engage potential home sellers, introduce them to our services, and set up appointments for our real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude. This role requires someone with experience in real estate cold calling, appointment setting, or sales, with a strong understanding of lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Make outbound cold calls to potential home sellers, engaging them in conversations about their interest in selling their property.
Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads by gathering information on the homeowner’s selling interest, property details, and timing of sale.
Appointment Setting: Set appointments for our real estate agents to meet with qualified sellers.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls with potential sellers who were not ready during initial contact, nurturing them for future appointments.
CRM Management: Accurately input lead information into our CRM system, update records, and track the progress of each lead.
Script Utilization: Use the provided cold calling script, with the flexibility to adapt based on the conversation flow and homeowner responses.
Performance Tracking: Report daily and weekly on call volume, appointments set, and any other relevant KPIs.
Requirements:
Experience in Cold Calling or Appointment Setting: Previous experience in real estate, sales, or telemarketing with a proven track record of setting appointments or generating leads.
Fluent in English: Strong spoken and written communication skills are essential. You must be comfortable conversing with homeowners in the U.S.
Real Estate Knowledge (Preferred): Basic understanding of the real estate industry, particularly in the U.S. market, is a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems ( like MOJO.) and VoIP/phone systems for making calls.
Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: Must be driven, able to work independently, and be motivated by hitting targets and setting appointments.
Reliable & Organized: Ability to manage and track a high volume of leads and follow-ups effectively.
Time Zone Flexibility: Willing to work during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time Zone), particularly in the South Florida region.
