About Us:
We are a fast-paced digital marketing company specializing in direct response campaigns across social media platforms. We’re looking for a talented and highly experienced Graphic Designer to create high-converting Facebook and Instagram ads. Key Responsibilities:
Create High-Impact Designs: Develop compelling, on-brand creative assets for Facebook and Instagram ads that grab attention and drive conversions.

Template-Based Iterations: Use existing templates and guidelines to churn out a high volume of design iterations quickly and efficiently. Optimize templates for A/B testing and variations.

Creative Execution: Develop ads for a variety of campaigns, including static images, carousel ads, stories, and video assets.

Performance-Driven Approach: Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to analyze ad performance and iterate on designs for higher click-through rates and conversions.

Adapt & Innovate: Stay up-to-date on current trends, ad formats, and best practices in Facebook/Instagram advertising to ensure our ads remain fresh and relevant.

Asset Management: Maintain an organized library of creative assets, ensuring all files are labeled and accessible for rapid deployment in future projects.

Requirements:
Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience designing ads specifically for Facebook and Instagram, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-converting ad designs.

Efficiency with Templates: Demonstrated ability to create multiple design iterations quickly using templates and design systems.

Tools Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and other design tools. Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.

Detail-Oriented & Fast-Paced: Strong ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.

Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work closely with marketers, copywriters, and other creatives to align design elements with campaign goals.

Data-Driven Design: Understanding of performance marketing metrics and ability to adapt designs based on data insights.
