What we do as a company:
We give a fuel card away for free to truckers in the US that have discounts on diesel fuel. We have add-on products that make the sale more attractive to the customer. Customers can get weekly credit lines for their fuel card if they use our factoring service, which is asking to a pay-day loan service for businesses, but we provide this service for free. We also have a service to help reduce the down payment on their insurance. We market to new trucking companies that are just starting out and all our products are designed to help them get going faster than they would be able to on their own.
What you do:
You call warm appointments for truckers who have already expressed interest
You explain how we can help them

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively follow up on abandoned or inactive leads assigned to account managers.
Present and promote fuel card programs, factoring services, and insurance solutions to potential clients.
Assist customers with the activation of fuel cards and ensure a preferred payment method is added.
Offer factoring services and guide customers through the contract signing process to ensure completion and compliance
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, customer retention, or outbound calling (required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident handling high-volume outbound calls
Goal-oriented, persistent, and able to work independently
Organized and comfortable using CRM tools and office software
Positive attitude and ability to build rapport quickly.
