Job Description: Experienced Sales VA
Monthly Salary: PHP8,500 for the first 1-3months, if you get more sales after this period, there will be a salary re-evaluation
Employment Type: Full-Time 8AM-5PM Mon-Fri PH Time

Furniture, Wall Mirror & Wall Art
Vanity Mirror & Vanity Table
Busbar & Electrical Products
Capsule Houses

Responsibilities:
* Message potential buyers on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Side tasks included editing and posting to socmeds
*Respond to customer inquiries via email (OKKI CRM), phone(Whatsapp), and chat(Alibaba Store)
*Process orders, sending quotations and prices, create proforma invoices,
*Maintain and update customer databases, coordinate with CEO and Co- Virtual Assistants
*Handle some administrative tasks such as data entry and filing


Requirements:

*Proven experience as Sales Virtual Assistant bonus if you have tiktok posting and selling experience.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
*Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
*Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
*Experience in the furniture or retail industry is a plus but not required
