Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Assistant to grow into a leadership role within our land flipping and real estate business. This position starts as a full-time role and will evolve into overseeing virtual assistants (VAs) and managing critical operations. Strong problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and an ability to take ownership of tasks are essential.
This role will provide early exposure to all areas of the business, from acquisitions to due diligence and administrative duties. As the team grows, the Executive Assistant will transition into an Operations Manager role, overseeing key team members such as an Acquisitions Manager and a Due Diligence Specialist. The ultimate goal is for this person to become my single point of contact.
Our vision includes annual in-person meetups, fostering a high-performance team environment for collaboration and growth.
Competitive Advantage:
RC Land Services' edge comes from creative financing strategies, strong relationships with agents, and fast implementation. While historically focused on non-disclosure states, we now leverage creativity, relationships, and speed for success.
Opportunities:
Access to high-value educational resources on creative finance, land investing, and operations.
Opportunity to grow into a full-time operations management role as the business scales.
Annual in-person meetups to foster team growth and alignment.
Responsibilities:
Initial Responsibilities:
Acquisitions Management: Assist with seller communication, manage agent relationships, and handle lead generation.
Due Diligence: Support back-end processes, including preparing mailers, conducting market research, and property analysis.
Overseeing Metrics: Build dashboards to track mailers, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Managing the Budget: Oversee expenses, ensure profitability, manage cash flow, and align financials with business goals.
Evolving Responsibilities:
Manage VAs, ensure task completion, and maintain high standards.
Act as the point of contact for the business, handling schedules and client communications.
Oversee Acquisitions Manager and Due Diligence Specialist, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Assist with real estate acquisition and outreach campaigns.
Maintain high-level operational oversight, adjusting workflows as necessary.
Coordinate, plan, and budget the annual meetup for team growth and alignment
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks accurately.
Experience buying or selling raw land is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM management, performance tracking, and workflows is highly desirable.
Experience in real estate acquisition, managing VAs, or working with wholesalers or land flippers is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and data management.
A technical background (e.g., engineering) is a bonus, as it aligns with the analytical nature of this role.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision.
Schedule & Compensation:
This role starts full-time.
Initial pay starts at $5.00/hour, with opportunities for bonuses and profit-sharing as responsibilities grow.
