Travel Agency assistant

Part time or full time, depends on workload
20-40 hours a week
You will need 2 computer monitors, a headset and a reliable computer with fast internet
Data entry into CRM

Emailing with suppliers
Calling suppliers
Recording things on different platforms
Applying payments
Day to day tasks
Help with social media posts
MUST be SUPER detail oriented
Must have some travel agency experience with a US travel agency
Must be able to work on EST during the day

Self starter and must not be afraid to dig to find answers

Social media skills like posting and creating content on Facebook, IG, TikTok and working knowledge of Canva is preferable

I need this assistant to be my right hand and my 2nd set of eyes.

This is a long term job for the right candidate
