JOB OVERVIEW

Campaign Creation:
Design and build engaging email newsletters using Zoho Campaigns' templates and features, including visuals, text formatting, and calls-to-action.
Audience Segmentation:
Segment subscriber lists based on demographics, behavior, and interests to deliver highly targeted newsletters.
A/B Testing:
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email layouts, and content variations to optimize open rates and click-through rates.

Email
Automation:
Set up automated email workflows for welcome sequences, abandoned cart reminders, and other triggered campaigns.
Content Development:
Write compelling email copy aligned with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
Performance Monitoring:
Track key email metrics like open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribes to identify areas for improvement.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights to inform future email strategies.
List Management:
Maintain clean and accurate subscriber lists by managing opt-ins, unsubscribes, and data hygiene practices.

Email
Deliverability Optimization:
Monitor email deliverability rates and take proactive steps to prevent spam filtering issues.

Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Zoho Campaigns platform and its features
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills
• Data analysis and interpretation abilities
• Experience with email marketing automation
• Basic HTML knowledge is beneficial
• Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Zoho CRM)
• Strong attention to detail
