Our YouTube channel is central to this effort, where we share videos on personal finance, cryptocurrency investments, and the history of money.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Thumbnail Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will create eye-catching thumbnails that grab attention, drive engagement, and visually represent the content of our videos.

Responsibilities:

• Design custom thumbnails for YouTube videos that align with our content pillars (History of Money, Personal Finance Management, Investment Strategies).
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure thumbnails are engaging, and optimize click-through rates (CTR).
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and the YouTube algorithm to ensure thumbnails are competitive in the market.
• Produce consistent designs that reflect the Kriptomat brand and maintain a cohesive look across all videos.
• Work with video topics ranging from cryptocurrency investments to personal finance tips.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails or similar digital assets.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• A strong understanding of how thumbnail design affects CTR and video performance.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work with a content calendar.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cryptocurrency or finance-related content creation is a plus.
• Familiarity with YouTube analytics tools to track and improve performance based on thumbnail design.

Compensation:

We offer competitive per-thumbnail rates based on experience and performance:

• $5 per thumbnail, depending on the designer’s experience and portfolio.

You will be responsible for creating 1 to 3 thumbnails per video, and we produce 4-5 videos per week, resulting in approximately 16-60 thumbnails per month. This can translate to a total monthly compensation of $80 to $300 per month

There can also be opportunities for performance-based bonuses, particularly if your designs improve metrics such as click-through rates (CTR) compared to existing thumbnails.
