JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will help manage customer interactions, handle orders, and provide excellent service across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email in both Spanish and English
Process and manage customer orders efficiently
Reply to comments and messages on our Facebook page, addressing customer questions and concerns
Provide accurate information and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Experience in customer service, order management, or related fields
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Facebook, is a plus
