Property Miantenance

Hello!

We are looking for a VA to cover property maintenance.

The process will be as follows for now.

Tenant reports issue - VA diagnoses issue - Either gives advice and resolves (Via phone or text) - If you cannot resolve then you will contact a contractor for advice/quote - Get Landlord approval and complete works.

That is the rough outline of the process.
