Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Marketing and Enquiries Assistant (40 hours/week) to support our marketing efforts and handle client enquiries. In this role, you will assist in creating content for social media, drafting articles, and helping with various marketing activities. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Familiarity with HubSpot is preferred to help streamline and track marketing and communication efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating and managing content for social media platforms and website
• Help draft articles to promote our legal services and expertise in Australian immigration law
• Respond to client enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp and online forms with professionalism and accuracy
• Provide support for marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Utilise HubSpot for tracking and managing marketing and communication activities
• Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing and client communications
