We are seeking a results-oriented Media Buyer to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring our clients achieve maximum impact and return on investment.
Responsibilities:
As a Media Buyer at The Gaygency, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of digital ad campaigns across various platforms. Your key tasks will include:
Facebook
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across
Continuously test and optimize ads by experimenting with creatives, copy, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies to drive the best possible results.
Google PPC & Google Search Ads:
Develop and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including both Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Google Search.
Conduct keyword research and optimize targeting to maximize conversions and minimize cost-per-click (CPC).
YouTube Ads:
Create and manage video ad campaigns on YouTube, optimizing for both reach and engagement.
Monitor performance and adjust bidding, targeting, and creative strategies to maximize ROI.
TikTok Ads:
Develop TikTok ad campaigns targeting specific demographics and using trending formats to enhance engagement and conversion.
Adjust targeting, bidding, and creative strategy based on performance analytics.
Twitter
Plan and execute
Optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
Digital Display Ads:
Manage display ad campaigns on Google Display Network and other relevant platforms.
Use audience targeting and retargeting strategies to increase visibility and conversions for clients.
Pinterest Ads:
Develop and execute ad campaigns on Pinterest to promote client brands and products, ensuring that ads reach the right audience with the right message.
Monitor performance and adjust targeting, creative, and bidding strategies to maximize results.
A/B Testing:
Implement A/B testing across all platforms to determine the most effective ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies.
Budget Allocation & Management:
Allocate advertising budgets efficiently across platforms, ensuring that clients achieve the best possible return on ad spend (ROAS).
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor ad performance daily, tracking key metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROAS. Provide clients with regular performance reports and insights.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices across all major advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
Collaboration with Creative Team:
Work closely with content and design teams to ensure that ad creatives align with brand messaging and client goals.
Qualifications:
We’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented candidate with strong experience in digital advertising. Here’s what you need to bring to the table:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media buying, with proven success managing ads across
Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to assess campaign performance, optimize for key metrics, and drive conversions.
Budget Management: Experience managing and allocating ad budgets effectively, ensuring a positive return on ad spend (ROAS).
Adaptability: Ability to stay current with evolving trends in digital advertising and adjust campaigns accordingly.
LGBTQ+ Advocacy: Passion for working with LGBTQIA+ brands, ensuring campaigns resonate with the community and drive meaningful impact.
Nice to Have:
Is a member of the LGBTQ+ community or is a staunch ally for all in the LGBTQ+ community,
Experience with Retargeting Campaigns: Experience in running retargeting campaigns across various platforms to re-engage audiences and increase conversions.
Knowledge of Programmatic Advertising: Familiarity with programmatic ad buying platforms and strategies.
Note: If hired for this role, you MUST become META Certified within 90 days of joining the company. The Gaygency will cover the expenses associated with the exam.
