JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone who is good with HTML, CSS and Wordpress. We also need you to understand the importance of various HTML tags for SEO (on page). We have a system that generates AI content (that is SEO optimised using reports from an SEO software). This software makes the HTML markup and content.

Your job will be to take this content and initially install it on the static and Wordpress sites we work on as hidden div code. While we observe positive (or negative) ranking movement, we run the same reports again and not the deficiencies still on the said pages. You would then add additional images and html tags with content (that you would generate from Gemini or ChatCPT with our specific instructions). This is basically a recursive process until the report tells us that we have done everything we can do on page to make it least imperfect in Google's eyes.

You will need to be comfortable doing semi regular Google Meet calls with your camera on.

This role will start out at 20 hours per week, but the goal is to build this up so it turns into full time employment.

While designing pages is not essential, you will need to possess some skills to be able to insert images into the design and alter the designs to work (as the recommendations will also include adding more images and new alt text on the pages).

For Wordpress, our preference is using Bootstrap and DIVI page builder, so it would be ideal for you to have skills in both. Also understanding how to setup ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) is a must (for Wordpress websites).

We also have a static HTML page builder, so being able to make basic HTML templates to work with this page builder will be essential moving forward too. These static HTML websites also use the process we have described above with adding new content and tweaking it until the pages are perfectly optimised according to the reports we generate.

This is a unique role. The most important aspect would be to understand what the reports are recommending (in terms of additional html and content we need to add).

When you apply for this role, please make your opening comment say: HTML Expert With SEO Understanding
