We are looking for a passionate and experienced Account Manager who thrives on pushing boundaries and working with LGBTQ+ brands to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager at The Gaygency, you won’t be confined by traditional roles. You’ll be part strategist, part problem-solver, and fully committed to delivering impactful results. Your key responsibilities include:
Client Relationship Management: Be the go-to person for our clients—fostering strong, trusting partnerships where creativity and bold ideas can flourish.
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with our marketing strategist to craft fearless, trailblazing campaigns that reflect our clients' identities and goals.
Performance & Innovation: Monitor campaign success, provide insightful reports, and pivot strategies as needed to exceed KPIs. Use data to inspire new, groundbreaking ideas that set our clients apart.
Budget Oversight & Optimization: Manage client budgets with a focus on efficiency and maximum impact, ensuring every dollar serves a purpose.
Creative Problem Solving: Tackle challenges head-on with creativity and confidence, ensuring every project is delivered with excellence.
Client Growth: Be proactive in identifying new opportunities for our clients to grow, expand, and challenge the status quo.

Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone bold, unafraid to take risks, and ready to disrupt the norm. Here’s what you need to bring to the table:
Experience: 2-3 years of account management experience in a creative or marketing agency, with a focus on working with LGBTQ+ brands or advocacy campaigns.
Client Relationship Mastery: You know how to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction while championing innovative ideas.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English—you’re a natural at turning complex ideas into clear, actionable steps for clients.
Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with digital marketing tools and CRM systems and know how to leverage them to keep projects moving.
Creative & Detail-Oriented: You see the big picture but never lose sight of the details. You thrive on solving problems with creativity and precision.
LGBTQ+ Advocacy: Deep understanding of LGBTQIA+ issues and values, ideally from within the community itself. Your work will always reflect the authenticity and activism The Gaygency stands for.
Flexibility & Forward-Thinking: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are always ready to pivot, adapt, and introduce fresh, innovative ideas.
Nice to Have:
Is a member of the LGBTQ+ community or is a staunch ally for all in the LGBTQ+ community,
Digital Marketing Experience: A strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and platforms that can help drive campaigns forward.
Advocacy Work: Experience with LGBTQ+ advocacy or working with non-profits that champion the community.
Experience managing a team: You will have direct reports in this role who will be supporting you towards driving the client’s success.
