Are you passionate about creating successful social media ad campaigns? Do you have a strong track record of managing paid ads on Facebook and Instagram? We're looking for an experienced Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager to join our growing team!

About the Role:

As the Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager, you will be responsible for driving successful ad campaigns for our clients. Your role will involve planning, setting up, managing, and optimizing paid ads on Facebook and Instagram to meet client goals, increase engagement, and drive conversions. Replicating what we already do and maintaining the quality of campaigns for our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum performance and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Analyze and report on ad performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvements
- Create ad copy and collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure effective ad creatives
- Stay updated on industry trends, Facebook Ads policies, and algorithm changes to keep strategies current
- Test different audience segments, ad placements, and formats to enhance campaign results
- Provide A/B testing strategies for creative and targeting options
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their goals and tailor campaigns to meet them


Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
- Proven track record of running campaigns that deliver measurable results (e.g., increasing ROAS, lowering cost-per-conversion)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Facebook Ads Manager and other related tools (e.g., Google Analytics, tracking pixels)
- Excellent communication skills for both internal team collaboration and client interaction
- Ability to work within Eastern Standard Time (US), Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. (PT or FT)
- Reliable internet connection, a functional computer, and a quiet workspace
- Self-starter with a desire to continuously learn and adapt to new strategies and platforms


Preferred but Not Required:

- Experience with Fitness Industry/Martial Art Clients, lead generation, or service-based industry ad campaigns
- Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, and other relevant marketing platforms
- Knowledge of A/B testing tools and campaign automation
