JOB OVERVIEW

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and systems-oriented Integrator to help document and improve our internal operations. The Integrator will initially join as a contractor with the potential for growth into a more permanent role. You will be working directly alongside the CEO (Visionary) to ensure the effective implementation of new systems, providing advice, and improving existing processes.

This role requires strong experience with ClickUp and GoHighLevel (or similar software), as well as a background in digital marketing or website development. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency, ensuring projects are executed smoothly across all departments.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate directly with the CEO to ensure systems are optimized and implemented effectively.
Help document current processes, suggest improvements, and refine ClickUp utilization.
Audit our current system and provide actionable feedback on how to enhance performance.
Manage and assign tasks, ensuring accountability and seamless project handoffs between departments.
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes.
Provide training and support to tea ---------- mbers for ClickUp and GoHighLevel.
Integrate new tools and software into existing workflows as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience with ClickUp and GoHighLevel, or similar CRM and project management software.
A background in digital marketing or website development is essential.
Strong process management skills with a demonstrated ability to improve workflows.
Experience in creating SOPs and documenting systems across departments.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively identify system improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with cross-functional teams in digital marketing or web development environments.
Familiarity with automation and integrations to streamline processes.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with executive leadership to align operational goals.

Compensation:

This is a contract position with opportunities for growth and long-term engagement.

We are looking to start with a project fee in the range of $500 - $1,200 for the initial work. If the relationship proves strong, there is potential for the role to transition into a part-time position.

Competitive pay based on experience.
