JOB OVERVIEW

Role and Responsibilities:

The sales coordinator is responsible for qualifying and inputting all sales leads for the sales executive. The Sales coordinator is responsible for pulling and editing sales contracts, and all duties relating to the management of assigned room blocks.

• Daily communication with room blocks – reservations, billing, and other duties for room block management
• Daily attendance of tea ---------- etings (Sales Stand Up), weekly (3x3) self-report key wins for the week.

Sales Coordinator performs administrative duties as needed to assist in the success of the Sales & Marketing team.

1. Organizing shared drive, updating event calendar, answering and calling groups for payment, editing contracts, building and managing room block, and assisting guests with rooming list and other
2. Should know about the property layout to assist guests, this includes but is not limited to hotel entrances and exits, number of floors, fitness, F&B, and other amenity centers.
