Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-level to Senior Video Editor to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CapCut and have a strong background in producing short-form content for social media platforms like Instagram Reels.

Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage to align with provided scripts
Incorporate B-roll footage to enhance storytelling
Add engaging graphics and captions
Integrate music and perform sound design to elevate video quality
Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and are optimized for social media platforms
Collaborate with the content team to bring creative concepts to life

Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor, specifically in short-form social media content
Proficiency in CapCut
Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices for platforms like Instagram Reels
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills

Compensation:

Flat rate per video of $15.
Each video is expected to take 1-2 hours to edit
Competitive pay per video, commensurate with experience and quality of work
