About Joe’s Collision Center
Joe’s Collision Center is a leading auto body repair shop specializing in high-quality collision repair and outstanding customer service. We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Website Builder to develop, maintain, and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will ensure that our website not only reflects our brand but also drives traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Design & Development:
Build, design, and optimize the company’s website to provide a professional and user-friendly experience across all devices.

Content Management:
Regularly update website content, including service descriptions, promotions, customer testimonials, and blog posts.

SEO Optimization:
Implement and maintain SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and website visibility.

Performance Monitoring:
Track website performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve user engagement, lead generation, and page load speeds.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Ensure the website is fully functional, up-to-date, and secure. Address any technical issues, bugs, or glitches in a timely manner.

Collaborate with Teams:
Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to align the website’s content with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and branding strategies.

Website Redesigns & Enhancements:
Periodically assess the website's structure and design, making recommendations for improvements in functionality and user experience.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Website Builder, Web Developer, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS.
Knowledge of SEO, web analytics tools (Google Analytics), and web hosting management.
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Creative and technical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the marketing team.
Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in eCommerce website management.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
Basic understanding of social media integration on websites.
