Real Estate Inside Sales Agent - HIRING ASAP

I own a real estate marketing agency, and I’m currently looking for an experienced english native speaker Inside Sales Agent (ISA) with great communications skills to join my team.

The role involves calling, qualifying, booking appointments and following-up with all the inbound leads I generate for my clients. If you’re seeking a long-term, full-time opportunity where you can scale alongside the business, this could be the perfect fit.


Key Details:
- 2+ years of experience is required!
- 100% Remote / Work from Home
- 5-7 days a Week (Flexible hours during US time zones)
- Commission fully
- Opportunity to make $500+ / week


Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) or similar sales role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the American real estate market, and the ability to study each client’s market as well as areas of the city.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into qualified leads.
- Language: Must speak fluent English with a clear American accent.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Go-Highe-Level, Google Sheets, and other online tools.
- Coachable: Willing to learn, adapt, and be responsive to feedback.
- Availability: The ability to work flexible hours, specifically during US time zones. While the volume of leads is currently around 3-5 per day, prompt and professional follow-up is essential.
