Position Overview:
As a Motion Video Content Designer, you will create and edit compelling video ads that capture attention, hold the viewer’s interest, and drive action. You will work closely with our media buying and creative teams to ensure the video content aligns with our ad strategies and goals.
Your role will involve video uniqueization, crafting various hooks, modifying CTAs, and employing animation techniques to optimize ad performance. You will also work on integrating audio elements, including voiceovers and audio transliteration, to further enhance the video experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Uniqueization:
- Creat. Edit and customize videos to ensure each version is unique.
- Develop multiple variations of video content by changing hooks, adjusting holds, and modifying calls-to-action (CTA) to optimize for engagement.
- Search and selection of source materials for videos.
- Knowledge of CapCut / Inshot video editors.
Hook, Hold, and CTA Development:
- Create attention-grabbing hooks in the first few seconds of the video.
- Use visual and motion design techniques to maintain viewer engagement (hold) throughout the ad.
- Develop and test different CTA versions to encourage users to take action (click, sign up, purchase).
Motion Animation:
- Design and animate critical elements such as buttons, CTAs, labels with text, and other interactive features to enhance video performance.
- Use motion design to guide the viewer’s eye and make important elements stand out.
Audio & Voiceovers:
- Add and sync background music, sound effects, and voiceovers to create a cohesive audio-visual experience.
- Handle audio transliteration, ensuring text and subtitles are accurately reflected in different languages as needed.
Collaboration & Feedback:
Work with the media buying team to understand campaign goals and performance metrics.
Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and media buyers to continually optimize video content for better performance.
