About Us:
Our company is a rapidly growing Airbnb business currently managing 40+ properties, with plans to add more properties in Liverpool. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional hospitality and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Communication Specialist to join our team and help us maintain and elevate our guest satisfaction standards, particularly during the graveyard shift.

Job Description:

As a Guest Communication Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the ---------- nt they inquire about our properties until they check out. You will handle all guest communications, manage bookings, and resolve any issues that arise during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

-Respond promptly to guest inquiries and messages in Airbnb
-Manage and confirm bookings, ensuring all details are accurately recorded
-Provide guests with pre-arrival information, check-in instructions, and local recommendations
-Address and resolve guest issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
-Coordinate with the cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready
-Monitor guest reviews and feedback, and implement improvements based on feedback
-Assist in developing and updating guest communication protocols and templates
-Utilize tools such as Asana, Airbnb, Guesty, Dochub, Nuki, Pricelabs, and spreadsheets for efficient task management and communication

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service or guest communication role, preferably within the hospitality industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms is a plus
Proficient in using tools such as Asana, Airbnb, Guesty, Dochub, Nuki, Pricelabs, and spreadsheets
Availability to work graveyard shifts, including weekends and holidays
