Real Estate Bookkeeper

Fast Growing Real Estate Investing/Development company needs a high level bookkeeper with real estate experience to help enter and manage our finances in Quickbooks

Must have experience with bookkeeping/accounting in real estate investing, flipping, rentals.

Roles and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
-entering expenses properly for our real estate investing and property management company
-balancing and managing quickbooks
-reconciling credit cards and all expenses
-tracking and logging expenses
-running reports
-in addition to the core bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities, the bookkeeper for this fast-growing real estate investing and development company will also be tasked with operational duties

Skills Needed:
- Must have real estate investing, flipping, rental experience
- Quickbooks pro
- Great attention to detail
- Reliable/Accountable
