THE JOB ROLE:

This is a full-time contracting role and is the perfect entry point for someone with little experience and entry level knowledge that wants to get hands-on experience and grow into an industry specialist and learn all about how to get results on Google & Microsoft Ads.

With a predominant SEM focus, you will be shadowing the SEM Manager, learning how Google Ads and Microsoft Ads works and undertaking the tasks required to achieve a successful outcome for clients.

The correct applicant will be an individual who is driven to succeed, with analytical ability, and can self drive their own education as well as be a good communicator. A lateral thinker, logical in thought and process, they will take complete ownership of tasks and drive the success of any project they are on.

Your day to day & the skills you’ll learn:

(1) FACEBOOK ADS

* Admin work - Linking assets (ie. Facebook pages, IG accounts to business manager)
* Setting up audiences
* Building campaigns
* Editing ad copy
* Pacing - Basic understanding of what a performing campaign looks like and ensuring budget is allocated correctly.
* Setting up zaps for Facebook forms etc
* Configuring data studio reports (connecting data sources/connectors etc)
* Building promo campaigns for clients

(2) GOOGLE ADS

* Keyword research and building campaigns (One of our digital specialist is still learning this, job does not require this ability already)
* Editing copy/targeting settings google ads editor
* Fixing trademark issues
* Managing clients advertiser verification (basically emailing client to add id to account)
* Adding new campaigns for clients (search, display, pmax etc).
* Pacing again

(3) Prerequisites:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Manage time efficiently with effective task management skills.
* Be able to establish rapport and develop relationships quickly.
* A good team-player who is self-motivated and proactive.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet set challenges.
