We are looking for an experienced Email Support Specialist (m/f/d) for two German Shopify-based online stores. Your main responsibility will be to professionally and reliably handle customer inquiries via email and provide excellent customer care.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email
Provide solutions for issues related to orders, returns, and product questions
Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Manage and document customer inquiries in the Shopify system

Requirements:
Fluent in written and spoken German (mandatory)
Experience in email support for Shopify dropshipping stores (required)
Proven experience in customer service and problem-solving
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Must have successfully handled email support for similar Shopify stores multiple times
