Senior Bookkeeper Needed for Growing Canadian Bookkeeping Firm

We are seeking a FULL-TIME superstar Bookkeeper Virtual Assistant starting as soon as possible to provide support to our growing team! We are a North American based firm who is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper who is a self-starter, has experience with Quickbooks Online, has a great eye for detail, and who strives to succeed!

If you are a dedicated Bookkeeper who is a great team player, is willing to learn, holds 3+ years of experience in Bookkeeping (bonus if you have experience Bookkeeping for Law Firms) and is comfortable working in a graveyard position (11:00PM-7:00AM Philippines Time Zone) then we want to hear from you! Job Details:
-Monday to Friday 11:00pm - 7:00am Philippines time zone (this translates to Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm MST) flexible after training

The main duties of the role are listed below:
1) collect and enter/allocate transactions
2) reconciliation of bank accounts
3) send queries to Clients to troubleshoot missing transactions after which reconciliation should be completed
4) final review, prepare and assemble reports

Job Requirements:
-A professional level of written/spoken English
-Education: Accounting degree or equivalent level of experience
-Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Bookkeeping role
-You are familiar with Accounting software Quickbooks Online
-You are Quickbooks certified
-Experience using CosmoLex is a bonus
-Working local Canadian time zone
-MUST have a clear and strong internet connection with a BACK-UP GENERATOR if you are working from your home office (minimum 50 Mbps)
-Must provide your own laptop/work equipment

Bonus Points:
-You have worked for a North American (USA or Canada) Accounting firm as a Virtual Bookkeeper in the past

Salary is 50,000PHP + 13 month pay and benefits
