Are you organized? Can you keep others organized as well? Look no further! We're looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in helping to keep our Account Executives organized, effective, and on time. This is a full-time contractor position. We are looking for someone who will work 9am-5pm (U.S. Central Time Zone).

Responsibilities:
*The creation, and tracking of, client budgets.
*Reporting monthly actuals (spends) from client campaigns.
*Quality assurance for monthly traffic tasks (tasks that are set up to determine what a client wants to run creatively, when they want to run it, etc. for all media campaigns).

Requirements:
*Ample experience with the Google Suite: Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
*Proven track record of helping to keep multiple, large-scale, complex client media campaigns organized, and on time.
*Excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams, and with clients.
*Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
*A strong math background will be very helpful and is preferred.
