JOB OVERVIEW

Quality Assurance Assistant Manager position for an ECommerce website that sells electronics and gadgets online.


The Quality Assurance Assistant will be using the platform Slack to communicate within a ECommerce website team to help make sure things are going smoothly within the company.

The assistant will be first trained on the Company’s ECommerce business and work alongside the Director and Manager to insure that all protocols are being followed and the project is not missing any crucial things.


After learning the basics of ECommerce procedures, the main goal of the position is to help the Manager to systemize the tasks and improve processes and procedures. (i.e. Are the products being delivered in a timely manner, and if the products are always in stock).


DAILY TASKS:

-Inventory Management and Analysis
-Being an assistant and reminding the Manager/Director with time sensitive materials

-Reminding and following up with Employees announcements, and status of projects

-Spot Checking Employees Work Quality (i.e Making sure that everyone is following the protocols)
-Communicate with manager and give feedback on how to Better systemize the product team tasks
-Create Excel and Doc sheets for new protocol systems

-Answer questions from Employees
-Relaying Feedback from Employees to Manager



JOB REQUIREMENTS:


- Good Social and Communication Skills (People Person)

- 4 years (minimum) of being a Supervisor or Manager

- 100% Fluent in English (Speaking/Writing)

- Able to work EST business hours (5-6days a week), 8 hours a day.


SKILLS:


Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)

Proficient in using Online Software
Content Moderation

Business degree or knowledge of inventory management is a plus but not required
Being Proactive, finding patterns, and going above and beyond whats given.


As the managers/directors you will be working with are from the USA, you MUST be able to work during normal business hours (9AM to 6 PM EST or 12pm to 8pm EST).




*IMPORTANT*

-PRIORITY Will be given to those that already have experience in supervising and managing large groups of employees.

-Also someone that is very logical and objective, and can deal well with pressure by not getting emotionally attached to something.

-Seeing something objectively and making logical decisions is a plus.
