Virtual Assistant for Canadian Light Manufacturing company

Hello all,

We are a Canadian lighting manufacturing company looking for a virtual assistant for the following:

1. Putting together a list of distributors within Ontario
2. Contacting them with our promo offers via Mailchimp
3. Working with our designer to create and generate offers and send them out
4. Answering email responses using our FAQ
5. Building client relationships before sending them to our service team locally to close
6. Sending our regular info emails
7. Doing research
8. Blog posting
9. Website content research and creation (regular updating)
10. Potentially taking calls
11. Must work during Canadian EST hours
