Skilled Video Editor

I'm looking for an experienced video editor with a wide range of skills to create a long-term partnership.

I need support for both my digital advertising agency and my personal brand. That means we need someone who can edit all types of videos.

Here are some examples of different video editing projects we may have at any given time:
- Video ads for YouTube and Meta
- VSLs
- Podcast interviews
- Organic YouTube videos
- Reels and stories across all social media channels
- Instructional and E-learning videos

In order to produce high quality work for our needs, you should posses the following skills at the very least:
- 2D Animation
- Motion Graphics & Design
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects

In addition to the skills above, these are the qualities I'm looking for:
- You value clear communication with a focus on getting as much of the work done correctly the first time.
- You can work on multiple projects at a time with the ability to re-prioritize the order of output when necessary.
- You're very detailed oriented and always looking to improve your quality of output.
- You never miss deadlines because you focus on under promising and overdelivering.
- You can also create videos from scratch by being given the idea and examples to model from.
- You are resourceful and willing to do your own research at times to find the right resources required to deliver an outstanding finished product.

Most of the time, we will supply everything you need to do great work. If we don't have it, we will get it for you or invest in tools and resources if they make sense. We will never put you in a bind and expect you to work a miracle.

But I will also say that we have very high standards and we do not negotiate on that. This means at times we have a demanding schedule, but as long as communication is there we are always able to stay on top things. We try our best to keep a low pressure working environment, despite our demands and high standards. If this scares you, then we probably won't be a good fit. But if you love to be challenged, then we will get a long great.

Lastly, I want to give you a bit more context about me. I've been running digital advertising for over 17 years and in my career I've managed over $130M. On top of that, my clients overall have generated over $700M in revenue. The point of sharing this is because I want someone who also values being able to learn from someone with a lot of skin, which is like a bonus. It's very important to me that I also mentor the people I work with because I want you to be able to not only help my business, but also put yourself in position to take your career to the next level.
