Graphics/Video Content Specialist & Automation Expert

****Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented graphics/video person who will also be cross-trained in email and text automation to join our team. Additionally, we are looking for a Marketing/Project Supervisor to oversee our projects. The ideal candidates will have over three years of experience and a strong ability to work in a dynamic environment.

****Key Requirements:
Experience in graphic design and video production
3+ years of experience as an expert in email and text automation flows
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Excellent communication skills

****Schedule:
Mondays to Fridays, 8 AM to 5 PM EST

****Additional Responsibilities:
Organizational Support: Keep track of important deadlines, manage documents, and ensure efficient workflow within the team. Help organize and prioritize tasks to meet project goals.
Quality Checks: Regularly check project outcomes and interactions to ensure they meet our standards. Implement improvements based on feedback from tea ---------- mbers and stakeholders.
Solve Problems: Address issues quickly and effectively within projects. Identify and prevent potential problems to enhance overall team performance.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work on various projects to support marketing initiatives.
Assist in Automation Development: Help develop and implement automated communication flows.
Support Graphics and Video Creation: Provide assistance in creating graphics and video content.
Oversee Project Timelines: Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Manage Team Communication: Facilitate effective communication and coordination among tea ---------- mbers.

****Pay:
$4 to $6 per hour

****Additional Requirements:
Must have experience as a Virtual Assistant (VA) or Executive Assistant (EA)
Highly trainable and adaptable
Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, particularly in managing and coordinating with contractors.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions.
