Inventory Planner

Titan Ignite, a leader in the E-commerce space, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Inventory Planner to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless inventory management and logistics operations, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service and product availability to our customers.

Job Description:

As an Inventory Planner at Titan Ignite, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory across multiple channels, with a significant focus on Amazon FBA. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Purchasing, and Brand Management, to ensure efficient inventory flow and stock optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct comprehensive inventory planning activities to guarantee stock availability and minimize supply chain disruptions. Considering seasonality, sales history and forecasts as well as promotions in order to own this process.
Collaborate with the Purchasing team, Brand Managers and Inventory Managers to enhance the effectiveness of the planning system, adjusting lead times, order frequencies, and safety stock levels as necessary.
Continually monitor if forecast changes are required and communicate these to suppliers promptly and ensure all orders are confirmed and approved.
Conduct risk analysis to prevent stockouts and process weekly or monthly purchase orders to optimize stock levels. While also avoiding over stocks.
Prioritize urgent orders to meet agreed lead times.
Create cost-effective labeling for Amazon FBA shipments and assist the Logistics Manager with various tasks.
Own and Maintain and update inventory trackers to reflect stock movements accurately.

REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in inventory planning and logistics for Amazon FBA or within an E-commerce environment
Able to use Amazon Seller Central to create and manage shipments
Able to use Amazon Seller Central to pull reports relating to inventory and supply chain
Strong understanding of inventory management systems and demand planning processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to have at least 4 hours of work time within USA business hours
