Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy virtual assistant from the Philippines with at least 2 years of experience using Go High Level CRM software. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-orientated, with strong problem-solving skills, and comfortable with marketing automation and technical tasks. You will assist with everything from data entry to system testing, integrations, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and analyse reports using Go High Level CRM and other systems.
Forms and Workflows:
Create forms and workflows within Go High Level.
Test forms and workflows to ensure smooth operations.
Integration Building & Testing:
Build integrations between different platforms, including Go High Level and third-party tools.
Test integrations to ensure seamless functionality.
Zapier Automations:
Create and manage Zaps using Zapier to automate repetitive tasks.
Test Zaps to ensure they work as intended and optimise workflows.
Dashboard Creation & Testing:
Build and maintain custom dashboards in Go High Level and segmetrics.
Ensure accuracy and functionality of all dashboards.
Funnel, Website, & Payment Testing:
Test funnels, websites, and payment systems for user experience and functionality.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues during testing.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Go High Level CRM, integrations, and automations.
Assist with resolving team technical problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Go High Level CRM (must-have).
Experience with Zapier and creating automated workflows.
Proven experience with data management, testing, and systems integrations.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced skills with Go High Level for CRM management, automation, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Strong knowledge of Zapier for automating workflows and integrating systems.
Ability to test and troubleshoot forms, workflows, funnels, and payment systems.
Organisational Skills:
Proficient in organising and managing spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
Ability to handle multiple projects with great attention to detail.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to provide clear, concise technical support and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Preferred (but not required):
Experience with other marketing automation tools.
Basic knowledge of website testing and funnel-building.
Prior experience working remotely in a technical or marketing-focused VA role.
