Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to drive our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creating compelling content and a proven ability to generate and nurture leads. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and requires a creative, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset. Salary will be $300 per month with commission for every lead closed by sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content for our website, social media platforms, newsletters, and marketing materials to attract and retain customers.
Lead Generation: Implement effective strategies to identify and generate high-quality leads within target industries.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
SEO & SEM: Optimize content for search engines and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns to improve online visibility.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in marketing and lead generation, preferably in B2B markets.
Content Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio of content across various formats.
Digital Marketing Proficiency: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM,
Analytical Ability: Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the chemical, fragrance, or essential oils industry is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
