TikTok Shop Community Moderator

We're looking for a TikTok Shop Creator Support Specialist with strong community engagement skills to join our growing team here at Brands Meet Creators!

About the Role:
As our TikTok Shop Creator Support Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our efforts to build and maintain a thriving community of creators on our Community platform. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, excels at communication, and has a knack for turning confused creators into successful TikTok Shop stars.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Execute, and optimize community engagement strategies to support and grow our TikTok Shop creator base
- Manage follow-ups and responses to creator inquiries, nurturing potential success stories
- Analyze community engagement metrics and iterate on strategies for improved results
- Manage Circle communications, including high-engagement posts and direct messages
- Coordinate TikTok Shop activities, including product recommendations and creator connections
- Engage proactively with our online community on the Community platform
- Adapt to new tasks and challenges as our TikTok Shop offerings evolve

Who We're Looking For:
- An expert in community management with a proven track record of success in creator support and engagement
- An excellent communicator with really good English, strong writing skills and a friendly, professional tone
- Proficiency in community management tools and CRM systems - experience as a community moderator is an advantage
- Someone comfortable with social media platforms, especially TikTok and its shopping features
- A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team
- An individual eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
