Sales Agent

Hello! We are currently seeking candidates who are fluent English speakers - NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED, training will be provided!


THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSITION AND OPEN TO ALL APPLICANTS ABOVE 18.


OVERVIEW:
-- Competitive Salary: Earn 4-5 USD per hour
Plus: Enjoy an additional 2-3% commission on NET sales!

Yes, you read that right! You will receive an hourly wage and extra incentives for outstanding sales performance. On average, current employees stand to earn $30-$40 from NET sales alone every shift.

-- 45 hour work week -- that's 7.5 hours per day, 6 days a week with 30-minute optional breaks in between.

-- Use your conversational skills to drive sales and generate a long-lasting client base


INCENTIVES:
+1% EXTRA Net Commission Multiplier when target sales are met on a monthly basis.
+10% EXTRA bonus salary multiplier for top performers of the month
+10% EXTRA bonus salary multiplier for perfect attendance every month
+10% EXTRA Christmas bonus salary multiplier for the ENTIRE MONTH OF DECEMBER
Promotions and salary raises are performance based and constantly reviewed


REQUIREMENTS:
1. must be teachable and reliable
2. has stable internet connection and back-up in case of outages
3. own laptop or PC
4. must pass the english test
5. able to multitask with great attention to details

8PM - 4AM EST
4AM - 12PM EST
12PM - 8PM EST
