Real Estate Investment Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our team. This role involves conducting thorough research on US property records, utilizing land and GIS research tools to analyze properties across multiple states, and identifying investment opportunities based on specific criteria. You will be responsible for researching property owners, drafting necessary documents, and compiling comprehensive reports to support investment decisions. This is a remote position, ideal for someone with a strong analytical background and an interest in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and analyze property records using provided tools to identify potential investment opportunities.
Utilize GIS and other research tools to evaluate property characteristics and zoning information.
Research property owners and compile detailed reports on property ownership history.
Draft and prepare documents related to property acquisition and investment analysis.
Maintain and update a database of potential properties and track ongoing research.
Collaborate with the team to refine investment criteria and improve research processes.
