Property Manager / Airbnb rental

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong tenant management skills, handle basic bookkeeping, and efficiently coordinate property maintenance and repairs. Candidate must be able to work during US hours. A Airbnb background is preferred.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in property management, tenant relations, and basic bookkeeping.
* Ability to handle property maintenance and vendor management.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
