social media and YouTube presence by creating engaging videos that showcase our properties.

Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and
YouTube.
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling visual content that highlights properties and
captures the essence of our real estate offerings.
- Incorporate graphics, music, and effects to elevate the viewing experience.
- Ensure all videos are optimized for different platforms and audience engagement.
- Stay updated on video editing trends and best practices, particularly in the real estate industry.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a video editor, preferably with a focus on real estate content.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media trends and video formats.
- Excellent storytelling and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects on deadlines.
- Experience in producing property tours, promotional videos, or similar content is a plus.
