Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing service estimates, closing sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate service estimates and close sales by addressing customer needs and concerns.
Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system (GoHighLevel).
Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with a focus on maintaining long-term relationships.
Collaborate with the operations team to schedule appointments and ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.
Assist in managing customer accounts, including billing and payment processing.
Generate and analyze reports on sales and customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on company services, policies, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the cleaning or service industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Google Suites, ClickUp, and Canva.
Background in the residential cleaning industry or a similar field.
