Job Post: Online Filipino Specialist (OFS) for Biblical Counseling Academy

We are looking for an Online Filipino Specialist (OFS) to join our team at the Biblical Counseling Academy. This role involves customer service and sales support for our students and prospective clients during USA office hours.

Job Requirements:

- Availability: You must be available on your computer to respond to customer service and sales inquiries during USA time zone. If you are not accustomed to working the night shift, please do not apply.

- Previous Experience: Evidence of previous employment during USA time zones is required.

- English Proficiency: You must be comfortable speaking English over the phone. While you will have scripts and full training, strong English communication skills are essential.
