Weekly Base Rate: $150 AUD
Commission: 1% of your weekly sales (Sales value between $1,500 - $10,000 per sale)

Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
Engage with customers & suppliers by phone and email to drive sales.
No Hard selling required - Just help customers get what they need!
Create accurate technical quotes that convert inquiries into sales.
Manage the sales process, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Tasks Include:
Proactively respond to customer quotation requests and understand their needs.
Generate accurate lists of materials that enhance project value.
Coordinate orders with suppliers and track their status.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to encourage repeat business.
Address returns, warranty issues, and chargebacks effectively.

Minimum Requirements
Honest and reliable - We are a big family, competitive but loving
Fluent & confident in English, near-native speaker
Typing speed of 50 WPM+.
Trade or technical background / understanding or sales experience in technical field
Sales or Upselling Experience

Equipment Requirements
Internet: Fast, stable connection required.
Work Environment: Quiet setting—no loud distractions.

Working Hours:
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM GMT+8 (Perth or Brisbane Time).
