1. Equipment:
- Wired internet Connection with minimum speed of 3Mbps- symmetrical
- Desktop or Laptop running on Win7 and higher
- Back up internet connection
- Noise- Cancellation Headset

2. Skillset :
- Must be a Native-sounding English Speaker
- 1 year and higher BPO experience (LeadGen or Sales is an advantage)
- Can work with minimal supervision
- A team player
- Good English communication skills – Verbal and Written

Job Description:
Your responsibility as a Senior Outbound Agent includes:
- Getting the target volume of calls In a day
- Reaching the target number of Positive and/or Final Outcomes ( Call Disposition)
- Doing QA- friendly calls , all the time
