Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Metro Manila, Philippines (Remote initially, with eventual office-based work)

Connex Global Communications Inc. o/a PhoneBox, established in 2011, operates in both Canada and the US. Our mission is to provide fast, affordable, and reliable phone service options to newcomers, travelers, students, and workers. We are dedicated to helping our customers easily access internet and communication services, ensuring they are connected wherever they go. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a reliable and capable Branch Manager to lead and support our teams, including Customer Support, Operations, and Sales.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee our team in the Philippines, particularly as we finalize the establishment of our office in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, a strong understanding of sales (both offline and online), and the ambition to represent our company in various business settings. This role will start as a remote, work-from-home position, but will transition to an office-based role. Candidates must either reside in or be willing to relocate to Metro Manila as we will not consider applicants outside this region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee existing teams (Customer Support, Sales & Operations) and potential new hires, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead the sales team to drive business growth, both in the online and offline spaces.
- Support the process of finalizing and setting up the new office space in Metro Manila.
- Represent Connex Global Communications Inc. at business meetings, conferences, and partner engagements in various locations, both domestically and internationally.
- Develop and execute strategies for expanding operations and improving customer experience.
- Handle daily operations and provide support on hiring & onboarding processes
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team in Canada to align operational strategies with broader company objectives.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Metro Manila. This is a non-negotiable requirement as the role will transition to an office-based position once the office is set up. Initial remote work (work from home) with eventual transition to office work in Metro Manila.
- Willingness to travel frequently for meetings, conferences, and business trips (domestic and international).
- Strong experience in managing teams, with a focus on Customer Support, Operations, and Sales.
- Proven experience in driving sales growth through both offline and online channels.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Experience and understanding of the Philippine market.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a bonus
- Highly ambitious and self-motivated with strong leadership qualities.
