Full time Graphic Designer for Amazon, Etsy, Shopify Store, Print On Demand Business - Long term

ABOUT US:
We are a European-based company specializing in Print on Demand (POD) products, primarily targeting the US market through platforms like Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, best-selling designs that stand out in the market. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team and help us expand our product offerings.


JOB OVERVIEW:
As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-converting designs for mugs, t-shirts, and other merchandise. You will work closely with our team to produce original designs, refine existing ones, and prepare mockups for various online platforms. We are looking for someone who is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to our growing business.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create Best-Selling Designs: Develop original and eye-catching designs for mugs, t-shirts, and other POD products that align with market trends and our brand identity.
- Design Modifications: Modify existing designs using Adobe Photoshop CC 2020 and above, ensuring all files are print-ready and meet our standards.
- Mockup Preparation: Create realistic mockups to showcase designs on products for listings on Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and other sales channels.
- Photo Editing: Edit photos as needed, including cropping, background removal, and retouching to enhance product images.
- Social Media Content Creation: Design engaging graphics and visuals for social media to help promote our products and build brand presence.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced Photoshop & Illustrator Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop CC 2020 and above, and Illustrator. Must have full versions of the programs.
- Excellent English Proficiency: C1 level English or higher, with strong communication skills in both writing and speaking.
- Competency in Excel: Ability to use Excel for data management and workflow efficiency.
- Attention to Detail & Speed: Ability to work quickly and accurately, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable High-Speed Internet: A strong internet connection is essential for efficient work.
- Team Player: Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
