Immediate hire in US based Construction company/Candidate must be accountant (or possess equivalent degree) with experience and be able to handle few legal task as well as fill out loan applications.
Must work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday thru Friday. (Mandatory Requirement)
Must have reliable internet connection for frequent phone communications. (Mandatory requirement)
Duties consist of :
• Bookkeeping/Payroll
• Invoicing
• Track expenses and income
• Mortgage applications/Loans
• Prepare contracts
• Prepare legal Documents/Notice to owner/Liens/ courtesy messages....
• Fill out employees applications/Hire/Fire-Keep track of employees schedules
• Verify subs insurance and
