We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team!
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, resolving issues, processing returns and refunds, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and support requests
- Provide timely and accurate order updates, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in line with our policies
- Escalate more complex cases when necessary
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills, fluency in speaking English
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and independently
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Experience with Zendesk and Shopify is good to have but not essential
