About Us:
NextInGTAHomes, is a growing real estate business focused on preconstruction and residential real estate in the Greater Toronto Area. We are looking to hire a Go High Level (GHL) expert to help streamline our sales processes and build high-converting systems. Our goal is to generate and convert leads efficiently for preconstruction projects.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Go High Level (GHL) specialist who has created, customized, and optimized snapshots for real estate, with a strong focus on preconstruction sales. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in building automations, workflows, pipelines, landing pages, and sales funnels that are proven to convert leads into clients.

Responsibilities:

Create, implement, and optimize Go High Level snapshots specifically for real estate and preconstruction.
Develop high-converting landing pages and sales funnels tailored for preconstruction projects.
Build and automate workflows and pipelines for lead nurturing and conversion.
Set up automated email and text campaigns to engage and follow up with potential clients.
Customize automation sequences to ensure smooth lead flow through all stages of the sales process.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the GHL platform.
Analyze and improve the performance of funnels and workflows to increase conversions.
Provide ongoing support and recommendations for optimizing the sales process.
Requirements:

Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL), including creating and customizing snapshots.
Strong understanding of real estate sales, particularly preconstruction.
Expertise in building high-converting landing pages, sales funnels, and automations.
Experience with workflows, pipelines, and lead nurturing sequences.
Knowledge of best practices for real estate lead generation and conversion.
Ability to optimize systems for maximum lead conversion and follow-up.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:

A prebuilt real estate and preconstruction snapshot that has shown high sales conversion rates.
Familiarity with Facebook and Google Ads integration with Go High Level.
Previous experience working with real estate professionals or agencies.
