We are seeking a skilled and experienced Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Virtual Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns to drive sales, improve ROI, and expand brand presence on the Amazon marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Amazon PPC Campaign Management:
- Set up, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
- Conduct thorough keyword research and implement effective targeting strategies
- Perform regular bid adjustments to maximize campaign performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
2. Performance Optimization:
- Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies
- Identify and negate unprofitable keywords and ASINs
- Optimize product listings to improve ad relevance and conversion rates
- Scale successful campaigns to increase overall account sales and profitability
3. Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and interpret weekly performance reports, including TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sale) and overall sales metrics
- Use PPC reports and pivot tables to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in advertising performance
4. Strategy Development:
- Create tailored advertising strategies aligned with business goals and target audience
- Develop and implement sales-boosting tactics to increase product visibility and conversions
- Stay updated on the latest Amazon advertising trends and algorithm changes
5. Account Management:
- Conduct regular account audits to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign performance or product listing problems
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Amazon PPC management
- Proven track record of successful campaign optimization and sales growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and Advertising console
- Experience with keyword research tools and PPC management software
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Availability to work during East Coast business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other e-commerce platforms or digital advertising channels (Google Ads,
- Familiarity with Amazon listing optimization and general Amazon SEO principles
- Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
